A Family Day at the Colonial Cup: Corgi Races, Kids’ Activities & More
Make a weekend of it in Camden! The fun begins Saturday, November 21, with a polo match at the Camden Polo Club benefiting the Injured Jockeys Fund. Polo is a wonderful way to enjoy a fall afternoon outdoors and experience one of the equestrian traditions that makes Camden such a special destination.
Saturday evening, the fun continues downtown with the Colonial Cup Fest, featuring music, food, and fun for the whole family. It’s a great chance to get out and walk around downtown Camden, enjoy the local atmosphere, grab something to eat, listen to live music, and start getting into the spirit of Colonial Cup weekend.
Then, on Sunday, November 22, it’s time for the Colonial Cup. The Colonial Cup is much more than a day of horse racing. It’s a fall family event that brings people together for outdoor entertainment, shopping, food, tailgating, contests, and activities for children.
The Holiday Market opens Sunday morning behind the Grandstand, giving visitors a chance to browse vendors and get an early start on holiday shopping. If you’re looking for unique gifts or simply enjoy walking around an outdoor market during the fall, the Holiday Market is a great place to spend some time.
Nearby, the Food Village in the infield offers food and refreshments throughout the day. Families can enjoy lunch, snacks, and treats while taking in the atmosphere of one of Camden’s biggest annual events.
